Until tomorrow...

Today has been a very busy, crazy day! We started the day with a trip on the bus on the way to Comunanza, but on the way stopped at the beach. We got to Comunanza did some sightseeing, ate some lunch, and then headed to our 2nd match in Italy. Our passing really stepped up today and we passed a 2.1 for the game, .4 up for the season, but unfortunately too many errors caused us to lose the match in 4 games with scores of 25-17, 28-30, 18-25, 23-25. We came back to the hotel and had some amazing food and by the time we were done it was about 11:45PM. Kelsey Harrison and Janice Rivera will update the blog tomorrow morning on today's happenings and our plans for tomorrow. Sorry about the lateness, but I'm sure you understand!!!

  1. Well, I certainly hope you did as the Romanians do today. I guess that means you were keeping a watchful eye out for Vespas and Lions. Interestingly, I just found out that Rome was indeed, built in ONE day -- contrary to popular belief. The Romanians don't like for you to know that because they're generally pretty smug about the Papal City. They're also mighty proud of their claim for having the first drive-in theater called the Colosseum. I understand the Pope kinda called a halt to a lot of the wild stuff that went on there -- well, we all know about drive-ins . . . Also, I just learned that according to the Catholic Church, the second most deadly sin afflicting men is gluttony. So, please, as you tour the city, keep a nurturing eye out for Steve as he's tempted by Gee-La-Toe Stands, Pizza Parlors, Wine Stalls or any other kind of detrimental . . . chow, y'all.
